Alcides Santana brings more than 20 years of military and federal IT experience supporting medical readiness, personnel systems, VA clinical programs, and mission-focused technology delivery. A U.S. Army veteran and former systems analyst, he founded Persistent Technology, Inc. as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to continue serving federal customers and support programs that benefit service members and Veterans.
Mike G. Luby, Chief Operating Officer, Ellumen
Mike G. Luby is a federal health technology executive and joint venture leader with more than 18 years of experience supporting mission-critical healthcare modernization across the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and other Federal agencies. He helps guide strategy, governance, and delivery for complex federal programs spanning health IT modernization, interoperability, clinical imaging, cloud-enabled data services, and enterprise systems integration. His work is focused on aligning proven technology capabilities with federal mission needs to improve healthcare operations, strengthen data sharing, and deliver measurable value for Veterans, Service Members, and the clinicians who support them
Dan Wayland, Chief Technology Officer, Ellumen
Dan Wayland brings 25 years of experience in health IT, system architecture and design, legacy system analysis, and technical program delivery. He has served as a technical lead and scrum master on major development, upgrade, and sustainment efforts for VA, DoD, IHS, and commercial hospital medical system integrations, with additional expertise in emerging standards such as FHIR.25
